Development Centres/Soccer Skills Academy/Footy Tots/JPL
Wiltshire Sports Academy Development Centre sessions take place during school term times only (not during Bank Holidays or Half Terms), apart from summer when sessions will continue through the majority of the 6 week holidays (please note we do take a 2 week annual shutdown sometime in July/August, to allow for coaches to take their summer holidays). Free match events may be added to our programme when possible as an extra session during holiday periods.
Payment for Development Centres must be made before the 12th of each month by standing order. Notice to leave can be given at any time during any month, this must be done via email/letter. However, if payment for that particular month has been paid, no refunds will be made for sessions not attended within this period.
Monthly payments entitle participants to be members of the Development Centre for that particular month. Refunds cannot be made for any missed sessions. As a member of the Development Centre, players may be invited to take part in special events such as tournaments, matches, stadium visits etc (further costs may apply).
In order to simplify standing order payments, the monthly cost has been calculated as a yearly amount, before being split into 12 equal payments, which take into account bank holiday and half term session breaks.
WSA Ltd is unable to control or access standing order mandates, therefore it is the parent/carer’s responsibility to cancel this, if their child decides to leave our centres. Correspondence will be sent to instruct that the standing order should be be cancelled immediately. A childs place will not be filled by another player whilst the standing order is still being paid, therefore refunds cannot be given if a parent/carer forgets to cancel their payment.
We regret that refunds cannot be made in the event of bad weather, facility closures or through circumstances out of our control.
It is the parent/carer’s responsibility to inform WSA Ltd of any special medical conditions at the point of booking. This includes behavioural disorders.
It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure their child has any required medical aid with them at all times throughout the duration of the sessions (e.g., asthma inhalers, etc).
It is the sole responsibility of the parent and/or carer to inform WSA Ltd of any changes to the information provided on the registration form immediately.
In the unlikely event of cancellation,up-to-date information can be found on our facebook page. It is the responsibility of parents to check no earlier than an hour before the session is due to start.
WSA Ltd cannot be held responsible for any clothing/training equipment/possessions/phones etc, left or stolen at any of our venues.
When completing the registration form parents/guardians must give permission/non permission for photos/videos to be used for promotion purposes.
When completing a registration form, you will be given the option to opt in or out of our MailChimp database, where you can receive information & newsletters regarding sessions, latest news, etc.
After School/Holiday Clubs
Payment for the After School/Holiday Clubs must be received by Wiltshire Sports Academy Ltd before commencement of the first session of each course. Please Note: Coaches cannot accept cash payments.
